Its the simple gamer sheep that follow everyone else. Im not saying that people dont have legit issues but when one person tries worming around and cries about being banned everyone else joines in to see if it'll work. Some could argue that its because im a youtuber and them banning me would hurt them more than anything since I have a big name on here. I do believe you could simply look at someone's VAC to tell whether or not they've chated in the past as well.Įdit 2: Also, what's it say about how much they care about their community that someone can simply pay to be unbanned if they've cheated? Then why is everyone else getting randomly banned and not me? Can you explain that t me? I get an average of 200-400 kills a game yet my account is never touched by a ban. ![]() I don't doubt that some of them are in fact true. The least they could do is to respond to all these threads. I've noticed that at any given time, you can find another "i've been banned even though I didn't cheat" thread on the first page of the Blockade discussions. Devs need a better anticheat system, and a way to more accurately review the games, since this seems to be a huge problem. ![]() In which case, I'm sure they most likely use it to take the heat off of them. I personally don't doubt that if people are hacking, they may have a potential way to make other players look like they're hacking. I'm also seeing a common theme that people seem to be getting banned when they're doing well. Apparently it jumps from $9 for an unban to $17 for the second time if it happens again. How would those who get banned unfairly go about proceeding, especially if they've spent money on the game? Just suck it up and pay? Tough luck then. So let's say they decide to report me and I get banned, despite the fact there was no cheating on my part. They proceeded to accuse me of using an unlimited ammo hack, despite the fact that the M249 spawns with around 2k rounds, and this was near the end of the round, where most of them would be low on health as well. Ended up killing 9 of them and won the round with none of them able to get to me. The rest of the lobby were zombies (around 10-12 of them). There's a good spot on the northeast corner of the main building where if you fill it with blocks, it's near impossible to be taken. Hell, I had a game in a zombie lobby just the other night on the labyrinth map. After all, who's going to believe a person who's been banned for cheating was innocent? And adding in the fact that the devs make you pay them money to get unbanned (which increases with each ban), one could argue that it's a subtle way for them to make money. It doesn't stand to logic that there would be THAT many people making this claim. There's a problem when you have THAT many people supposedly being banned for no reason. About 44 people (one or two threads involving more than one person being banned) saying they've been banned for no reason. I do believe you could simply look at someone's VAC to tell whether or not they've chated in the past as well.Įdit: Just did a count of first 10 pages. Sounds to me that you downloaded the game, decided to hack like a noob and then got caught. ![]() Not like you have much to lose having only 3.2 hours played.
